For real estate agents
I used to sell houses, so I know the call. Escrow’s moving, the inspector found droppings in the attic, and the seller’s panicking. I can get out fast, deal with rodents, ants or a wasp nest, and give you a written summary of what I did.
Good times to bring me in: before listing, so nothing surprises the buyer’s inspector; during escrow, when something comes up; and right after closing, as a welcome gift your buyers will actually remember.
One honest note: I don’t do termite inspections or termite reports for escrow. That takes a different license. I’ll point you to someone good who does.
For property managers and HOAs
Rentals and common areas need someone reliable who shows up on schedule and tells you what’s going on. I keep service records for every property, give tenants proper notice before I treat and text you a photo if I spot something you’ll want to fix, like a broken vent screen or a leaking irrigation line.

Kitchens, break rooms and storage areas get regular service on a schedule that works around your hours. Records are ready if the health inspector asks.
