Pest Control in Ramona, CA

Quick answer: Ramona’s ranches, horse properties and big rural lots bring gophers, rodents in barns and feed rooms, black widows and yellowjackets. Kenny Battle of Battle Pest Control grew up just down the road in Poway and does every visit himself. Monthly service starts at $79; lots over half an acre add $30 a visit.

Ramona: more land, more neighbors.

I grew up just down the 67 in Poway, so Ramona was always where the land opened up. Bigger lots, horses, barns, feed and long dry summers. Every one of those is good news for somebody, and out here it’s the pests.

What I see most in Ramona:

  • Gophers in pastures, gardens and any lawn that gets water
  • Rodents in barns, feed rooms and the hay pile
  • Black widows in woodpiles, fence posts and anything that sits still
  • Yellowjackets around the trash, the water troughs and the barbecue

Horses and dogs are part of the family out here. I choose materials and placement with them in mind, and I tell you what I used and how long to keep everyone off it.

Not sure what you’ve got?

Text me a photo. Bug, droppings, a weird hole in the yard. I’ll tell you what it is and whether you even need me. Sometimes you don’t. I’ll tell you that too, which is bad for business and great for karma.
